Tasting notes: Vibrant gold colour and intense aromas of citrus, lime, pears and a hint of fennel. There is a delicate structure, vibrant acidity and something positively herbaceous. This wine delivers on flavour and these match the aromas which is always a strong indication of a well made wine.

Try with: Think tapas, garlic prawns, ham and cheese croquettes, goats cheese.

About: Verdejo is the traditional grape variety of the region and not grown widely elsewhere. The vineyards are at 700m altitude where the cool night air preserves the aromas and acidity of the grapes. The harvest here also happens at night for the same reason.
