This is a very elegant and expressive wine with a lovely balance between lively acidity and fresh fruit flavours. Six months aging on the lees smooths the texture and adds richness and complexity. And then a long delightful mineral finish.

About: The Chardonnay vineyards are at an elevation of 400 metres and this leads to a wine of superb freshness and finesse. The producers Chablis origins are obvious with this unoaked pure expression of exceptional quality.
