Tasting notes: Brilliant light gold with aromas of lemon and lime zest and hints of herby mint. This wine is refreshing and structured, with distinct notes of stone and tropical fruits balanced by a saline finish. Complex but complete.

Try with: Salmon in a cream sauce would work a charm or just sip and try to identify all of the complex nuances of this glorious wine.

About: This unconventional blend is a wonderful example of how Italy breaks all the rules to produce unique wines. Three big varieties all playing their part in the blend alongside the rare indigenous white grape of the region, Nascetta, giving floral and citrus notes with a pure mineral core.
