Tasting notes: Wonderful aromas of lemon and stone fruits with hints of wild flowers and greek herbs. A fairly rich texture balances aromatic floral and fruit elements and bright acidity and a subtle, saline freshness lingers delightfully.

Try with: Anything you would be prepared to eat by the sea in the sunshine.

About: It isn't suprising that Kanakaris vineyards are at an altitude of over 800m and on north facing slopes otherwise it would be far too hot for the grapes to retain any aromatics or acidity at all. But this combined with careful winemaking processes means aromatic purity is preserved and a precise balanced wine is produced.
