Tasting notes: Instantly bright and vibrant you get a big whollop of citrus and white blossom. Mouth watering acidity this wine is as it should be; crisp, tart and firm. Lemon, lime, grapefruit, lime blossom, but also some stone fruit flavours adding to the complexity. Careful winemaking ensure intensity and a long and lingering finish. I dare you not to love it.

Try with: Anything salty and from the ocean.

About: Technically the translation is 'green wine' but the meaning is not related to the colour so much as to the fact these wines are best enjoyed young. The winemakers show plenty of skill with this wine adding more complexity than others of the region.
