Tasting notes: Pale golden hues and intense... REVISE THIS, more than a hint of the tropical and a waft of white flowers dominate this semi aromatic wine. Altitude, cool breezes from the bay of Naples and soil enriched by ash from Mount Vesuvius help the fruit retain a bright acidity and concentration of flavours. Melon, stone fruit and mineral on the palate with a smooth texture and a touch of honey on the finish.

Try with: Shellfish, prawns, scallops.

About: You can be forgiven for never having heard of Falanghina, which according to DNA profiling, actually encompasses two distinct varieties but let's not go down that rabbit hole... It (or they) creates Campania's signature white wines.
